Pelvic health conditions are more common and widespread than many of us may realize. To help improve overall pelvic health, SimpleTherapy* is expanding its services to include a new Pelvic Health platform launching September 2024. These programs can be added alongside any other SimpleTherapy programs.
The new platform will include unlimited access to a suite of different exercises and educational videos that address a variety of conditions directly impacting the pelvic floor, reproductive organs, bowel and bladder. Elder adults as well as expecting mothers should check with their healthcare provider prior to participating in the pelvic health programs.

What is a Qualified Life Event? |
Per IRS requirements, when you elect your benefits during Open Enrollment, the majority of your elections cannot be changed until the next Open Enrollment period. However, if you experience a Qualified Life Event (QLE) such as marriage/divorce, loss/gain of coverage, birth/adoption, you are then able to make changes consistent with the life event mid-year. Learn more about how to submit a QLE, important associated QLE deadlines (30 calendar days unless birth/adoption 60 days), and acceptable QLE supporting documentation by reviewing the Benefits website.
