The UMA Rockland Student Association will be giving away school supplies kits to students to start the fall semester.  Items include Post-its, pens, pencils, highlighters, and more!  Stop by starting on Monday to pick up your kit while supplies last.

Lena Michaud, Associate Director of TRIO, will hold office hours at UMA Rockland on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of the month.

Lena has worked in higher education for 33 years, with a primary focus on student support services, teaching, and advising.  With 16 years of experience as a TRIO Director, her primary focus has been working with high-risk students, particularly low-income, first-generation, and students with disabilities.  She is passionate about assisting students in developing a meaningful educational plan and guiding them as they transition toward academic success.

UMA's Career Connections will offer a number of workshops this fall semester to prepare students for their immediate next destinations and lifelong professional pursuits.  All workshops will be held via Zoom from 12-1pm, unless otherwise noted.
