FMCA News: Travel more in 2019
The Mile Marker By FMCA
Dear RV Friend,
This year I'm going to…Eat healthier. Get more exercise. Spend more time with family. Visit bucket-list RV destinations. Finally take that cruise!
No matter your New Year’s resolutions (past or present), it's likely you have seen them fizzle out by spring. Self-improvement — whatever that means to you — is a commendable endeavor, but it takes work.
Did you know? According to a study at the University College London, it takes an average of 66 days to create a habit — more than six weeks longer than the conventional wisdom of 21 days!
Forming positive habits takes discipline, persistence, and in many instances a support team. Lucky for you, FMCA has advice to pass along.
It’s nice to “start the year fresh," but it doesn’t have to be January when you begin to work on becoming a better you. Whether there is snow on the ground in the middle of winter, or a heat wave in the middle of July, the key is to clearly define your goals, make them realistic, and, perhaps most importantly, don’t get too down on yourself if you slip up. Follow these 10 simple steps to keep your New Year’s Resolution on track and you will be on your way!
Wishing you the best in 2019,
The FMCA Team
