In our last edition, we shared about Branding,establishing your name and image in your marketplace. This brand should reflect your standard from the listing presentation to your sold properties.
The next step is to think about what is your standardin marketing? What does yourlisting presentationsay about how you do business? Is it current, mobile, fresh and relevant to selling your client's property? You are asking the client to trust you to sell their home for the most amount of money (agreed based on comps) in the least amount of time.
