What's your Marketing Standard?

In our last edition, we shared about Branding, establishing your name and image in your marketplace.  This brand should reflect your standard from the listing presentation to your sold properties.  
The next step is to think about what is your standard in marketing? What does your listing presentation say about how you do business?   Is it current, mobile, fresh and relevant to selling your client's property?  You are asking the client to trust you to sell their home for the most amount of money (agreed based on comps) in the least amount of time.  How does your presentation stack up to those who will be competing for that listing?  What do you think should be in your listing presentation?
