CCCWen, LLC (“CCCWen”) has acquired three Wendy’s restaurants in Carmel, Cortland and Albany, New York from Wendbing Corp. and affiliates.
CCCWen is a Hasbrouck Heights, New Jersey based restaurant operating company owned by John Antonaccio, Joe Cugine and Keith Kas, who are long-time quick-service restaurant industry veterans with significant experience in the Wendy’s system. The shareholders of CCCWen, through various affiliates, now own and operate 56 Wendy’s restaurants in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut and Pennsylvania.
Auspex Capital acted as the buy-side M&A advisor and debt placement agent to CCCWen for the transaction.
