11th Grade class chant

Last week was a fun and exciting time on Mustang Mountain. The spirited week ended with a high-energy school pep rally and an exhilarating football game.

The Pep Rally before the game introduced all the homecoming maids and football team member escorts. Students participated in a couple of different games — the linking game was like musical chairs where participants had to link arms with other students while music was playing. The next game student council facilitated included four people from each grade, and two people had to stand in hula hoops and hold a jump rope while the other two had to take the hoops to the other side one at a time. The event ended with the traditional class chants (seniors won), roller coaster (video below) and the Alma Mater.

Before the football game that night, our 2023 Homecoming Queen, Shelby Cowley, was crowned. To wrap up Homecoming week 2023, we concluded it with a 40-26 victory against the Hall Warriors.
