Dear Friend,

It’s only a few weeks until we are on retreat together. We are so looking forward to our time in community and praying that each of you are seeing your way to coming to be with us in person. The retreat begins November 14 and there will not be an option to join by Zoom.

Please fill out this form by this Friday, October 29 so that so that we can provide information regarding rooming and dietary needs/restrictions to the staff at University of St. Mary of the Lake in time for them to prepare for our time there.

Arrival

USML allows check-in as early as 4pm. Aim to be checked in to your room by 5pm.  We will gather in the large entry area of the dining hall at 5:30-5:45pm to greet one another, pray and be seated with your small group by 6pm. Remember to bring your Reflection Questions handout for your time together. 

Retreat End

The retreat will end at 1pm on Tuesday, November 16—please plan to stay until the very end. Our Leaving Service will contain a valuable final teaching and wrap-up. 

Packing Reminders
  • Bring your Bible and journal 
  • Your mask 
  • Reusable water bottle
  • Pack casual, comfortable clothing with layers for adjusting to the varying temperatures

Absences

If you missed the last retreat, please refer to your community website in order to catch up with all that is needed to fulfill the requirements to earn a certificate. No password is needed to gain access.

Remember, if you have to be absent for any retreat, email your small group and  TC17@transformingcenter.org 2-3 weeks ahead of the retreat so we can provide accurate rooming lists to USML and be prayerfully aware of the things going on for you.
