Erland, in collaboration with Rimkus and CBT Architects, has been selected by Middlesex School for a transformative project on their historic Concord campus. This ambitious undertaking involves constructing a two-story, 106,000-square-foot athletic field house featuring a spacious, well-equipped fitness center with indoor turf practice space, two basketball/volleyball courts, and an elevated indoor track.
The new LEED Silver-certified facility will be situated adjacent to the school's existing athletic complex, providing Middlesex with a state-of-the-art space that complements the strength of its dynamic program. The inclusion of various amenities and support areas, such as lower-level parking for 72 cars, will ensure a well-rounded experience for all users.
The new building aims to enrich campus life and benefit generations of students and athletes for years to come. Having previously completed dormitory renovations for Middlesex School, Erland looks forward to being back on campus and continuing to build on our successful partnership.
