Summer Sounds Are Back at MARC, Inc. of Manchester!🎸☀️

Join us every Tuesday in July from 6:30 to 8:30 PM at 151 Sheldon Road for evenings filled with live music, great food, and community fun.

Concert t-shirts, food, and beverages will be available for purchase. Come out and celebrate summer with us!

Congratulations to all who were recognized for their 5 to 30 years of service! We’re so grateful for the dedication our staff brings each day to advance our mission of providing opportunities for adults with disabilities.

A heartfelt thank you to the Krupp family for their continued generosity in supporting our team through scholarships and benefits. We also extend our sincere thanks to our Board of Directors and community partners for joining us at the event and showing their unwavering support for our staff and mission.

Last month, Kayron had the exciting opportunity to be featured in a Bob’s Discount Furniture video celebrating the opening of their 200th store this summer! A dedicated employee of nearly 8 years, Kayron started in maintenance—but quickly impressed the team when he fixed a furniture knob, revealing a talent that couldn't go unnoticed. Today, Kayron builds furniture like chairs and tables, and he proudly shares that this job has helped him grow his skills and live a better life.

Kayron isn’t the only individual from MARC who has found meaningful work at Bob’s, either. We’re incredibly grateful for inclusive employers like Bob’s Discount Furniture who support our mission and drive real change by creating opportunities for all.

We’re halfway through our 2025 MARC, Inc. Summer Concert Series, and what a blast it’s been so far!  It’s been such a fun time coming together as a community to support MARC’s mission.

MARC’s 26th Annual Charity Golf Tournament is coming up on Wednesday, September 10th, and we’d love for you to be part of it! This exciting day of golf, fun, and giving back helps support programs that empower individuals with disabilities to live more independent and meaningful lives.

Registration is $225 per golfer and includes:

• 18 holes with cart

• 4 mulligans per team

• Breakfast bar

• On-course contests

• Refreshments along the way

• Gift card to The Hollow

• Cocktail hour with raffle prizes

Whether you're swinging for fun or aiming to win, this tournament is a great way to give back while enjoying a full day on the course.

Celebrate community at the 74th Annual Manchester Peach Festival!

Join us on Saturday, August 23rd from 4–8 PM at 151 Sheldon Road, Manchester, CT for a night of food trucks, live music, local vendors, and more—fun for the whole family!

Tickets are just $6, and every ticket, bite, and beverage purchased supports the Manchester Fire Support Group, a local 501(c)(3) nonprofit. Your support helps:

• Families affected by fire or tragedy
• Local burn centers
• Manchester-area food pantries
• Preservation of North End/8th District history through an upcoming museum exhibit
