Reward for Club minutes & News Submissions

I am challenging all clubs and chartered groups to submit Club minutes and News to the office. All clubs who submit minutes from monthly club meetings will be eligible for a grand prize drawing.  This grand prize will be a celebration for the club, for example, an ice cream or pizza party.
To be eligible for the grand prize, the clubs must submit monthly meeting minutes from October 2021 to September of 2022. Club news and minutes can be submitted here. If a club doesn't have a meeting during a month, they can simply send an email to Tracy stating this, or make note of that in the minutes that are submitted. Clubs can still submit October minutes!

Family Learning Day

Anyone interested in being on the planning committee for Family Learning Day 2022, please email Tracy. Youth and adults can serve on the committee. If you would like to serve on the committee, but cannot attend the first meeting - no problem.
The first planning meeting will be Thursday, November 11, 5:30-6:30 pm at UWO Fond du Lac Campus. There will also be a Zoom option as well, for those who would prefer to attend virtually. The Zoom connection details will be sent via email directly to the committee members.

Club Mail Slots

Have you seen the WI 4-H yard signs? Are  you wondering how you can get one? The Adult Leaders Association purchased additional signs, so each chartered group can have up to 5 signs. These signs are a great way to promote 4-H! The WI 4-H yard signs are in mail slots at the office if the club hasn't picked them up yet.
Record books - There are also a few clubs that have record books in the club slots as well. Please be sure to pick them up for handing back to members at club achievement nights!
Please be sure to stop by and pick up items for the club frequently. If you are not sure if the club has something, you are welcome to call or email to verify if there are items in the club slot. General leaders can also send other volunteers to pick up items.
