A few details have come to our attention after sending the last email. Please note these important items:
Time Change:
Remember that daylight savings time ends on the same day as our retreat begins!
Road Closures on the University Campus:
There are two entrances for University of St Mary of the Lake, the main entrance on the south side of campus and a secondary entrance on the west side.
The address for USML is 1000 E. Maple Ave, Mundelein, IL. (Maple = Hwy 176). You can find the south entrance on Maple, however you will need to drive west 2 miles to Lake Ave (Hwy 45) and turn north. Drive just under 2 miles to the USML entrance on the right. Click here for a map of the entrances.
Once in the university grounds, follow the signs for the Purple Parking Lot.
Door Code:
The door code for the conference lodging building is 1872. We will have people there to greet you the first day, yet you'll want to have the number in your memory while you're there. Perhaps put it somewhere in your folder.
Toiletries:
Please bring your own toiletries, hair dryer and alarm clock.
Not Feeling Well?
Please take care of yourself and others by remaining at home. We will make sure you receive materials to get caught up.
Dietary Needs:
If you have any medical dietary needs, please let us know if you have not already.
Correction on the retreat schedule:
Sunday Night Prayer time is incorrect on your schedule. It should be:
9:45pm Eastern
8:45pm Central
7:45pm Mountain
6:45pm Pacific
