New guides and training materials are being added to the Workday Training Library, which is a searchable tool to connect faculty and staff with helpful resources for navigating key Workday features, like employee self-service.

Review direct deposit and W-4 elections. June 19 is the last day to update these elections in PeopleSoft before the data is moved to Workday.
- Managers should review and approve timecards and leave requests weekly. This helps ensure accurate data transfer into Workday.

Better visibility across the board. Right now, many HR and Finance processes exist in PDFs and emails, or in the back-end of systems, with limited visibility for faculty and staff. Workday provides increased visibility into processes, allowing employees to see where their request sits in a process or what benefit elections they have historically made.
