Join us Tuesday, April 1, for Film and Music Day at the Oklahoma Capitol! Film and music professionals will gather to highlight these industries for state legislators. The come-and-go event will include interactive booths and demonstrations taking place on the second floor rotunda of the Oklahoma State Capitol Building. This event is FREE and open to the public, legislators, staff members and film and music professionals. Mark your calendars and look for more information to come!

OSU-Tulsa to Offer Intro to the Film Industry Workshop
OSU-Tulsa is offering Intro to the Film Industry, a one-day workshop designed to provide the skills and knowledge needed to break into the world of film production, Saturday, February 1, 10 a.m. - 5 p.m. Participants will be introduced to the fundamentals of working on a professional film set, including essential skills, best practices and insider tips to launch a successful career as a Production Assistant.

Moore Norman Technology Center to Offer Production Sound Course for TV and Film
Moore Norman Technology Center is offering Film Set Ready: Production Sound for TV and Film, a hands-on course designed to equip participants with the skills necessary to capture professional quality audio for film and television, February 1 & 8, 8:30 a.m. - 3 p.m. The course will include detailed lectures, hands-on labs with boom and wireless systems and an introductory experience in a narrative setting.
