10/2/25: East Baltimore Community and Connection Stroll. This 20-30 minute lunchtime stroll is a fun, low-pressure way to meet new people and boost your well-being.
10/5/25: Flatwater Canoeing Trip. Join the Outdoor Pursuits instructors to learn the basics of paddling and enjoy the lakes and calm rivers of Maryland. The trip will involve transportation, a paddling lesson, and a chance to explore while learning about local wildlife. No previous paddling experience is necessary, and gear is provided. Registration is required by Tuesday 9/30 at 4:00pm.
Multiple Dates: National Alliance on Mental Illness #IWillListen Week. Starting on 10/6, this week-long program aims to reduce stigma and improve skills around discussing mental health and emotional well-being.
10/6/25: Mindful Mondays. Color, paint, or work on a puzzle on the Homewood campus. Bring your own project, or use available supplies.
