TEAM GREEN SPOTLIGHT
All the rain and snow over the past week has us thinking about future spring showers. Help us reduce the effects of heavy rain in the Greater Nashville Area by signing up for our Tree Planting Volunteer Day with Hands On Nashville on Saturday, March 21st. We'll be planting native trees in select Davidson County riparian zones.

If you're not available that weekend, the Harpeth River Watershed Association has rescheduled their 50k Tree Day for Saturday, March 14th. You can also learn how to harvest rainwater at home during our Engage Green: Saving April Showers workshop on Wednesday, March 4th!

Discover great new workouts to add to your own fitness routine! This month, we're focusing on gluts, thighs, and lower back muscles-- the areas most used by hikers, cyclists, and runners. This is member-only to register, but members can sign up for more than one spot and bring along a non-member friend!
