There is nothing more important to us than the safety and well-being of our clients and our team.
Among the steps we are taking, Smooth Skin Laser will be focusing on THREE areas:
SANITATION, CONTACT-LITE INTERACTION,
and SOCIAL DISTANCING
** MASKING POLICIES WILL BE COMMUNICATED UPON ARRIVAL AT THE OFFICE TO PROVIDE THE SAFEST AND MOST WELCOMING ENVIRONMENT POSSIBLE **
Sanitation
- Thoroughly wiping down all service rooms and tools with approved hospital-grade or EPA-registered disinfectants after each client
- Cleaning and disinfecting bathrooms and common areas daily
- Requiring all staff members to follow the strict guidelines we enforce, including proper hand washing throughout the day, mandatory masks and gloves for laser technicians during services which will be changed between clients
- Providing hand sanitizer at all touch areas
- As always, all linens are single service use.
Contact-Lite Interaction
- Technicians will wear face coverings/masks in the treatment rooms
- Providing touch-less credit cards at check-in and check-out as much as possible
- We will have a few individual samples out for clients to take (e.g.) lip balm, sunscreen and cool gel packets
- Sanitized, single-use pens and clipboards when necessary for intake forms
- The staff is happy to get you a cup of coffee or glass of water on request.
Social Distancing and Sensitivity
- Maximum of three people in the waiting room (Six feet apart)
- Clients may wait in their car, if preferred, and check in via phone to be escorted directly into the exam room
- Unless the client is a minor, please come alone for your laser session
- Easy rescheduling without fuss for any suspicion of symptoms.
The world will continue to change in many ways, but one thing that we are certain of is that we will be there for you with a clean and safe environment for laser hair removal and skin rejuvenation.
