What We've Heard

In July, we had a lot of group presentations. The School of Physical Sciences, School of Arts and Humanities, Halıcıoğlu Data Science Institute, Rady School of Management, Graduate & Professional Student Association, and School of Global Policy and Strategy met with the SIS Project team. System access, reporting needs, security and training on the new SIS were the primary themes. Review our key meeting takeaways.

Backfill: Prioritizing Staff Expertise for the SIS Project

Backfill is a cornerstone strategy of the SIS Project that enables the university to use internal knowledge from subject matter experts to inform crucial design and process decisions for the projects. Delve more into the critical importance of backfill.

Release of the New TritonPay

We are happy to announce that the new TritonPay has been released. The system offers a modern user interface and improvements to the student payment experience. Read more about what went into the project planning leading up to this release.

Upcoming Opportunities for Engagement

Want to learn more about any of the work happening for the SIS Project? The project’s change team has the following upcoming presentations planned:

Roadshow for Division of Extended Studies (DES) on August 30, 2023
Roadshow for Core SIS Project in Summer or Fall Quarter 2023 (date TBD)
