National 4-H Week:
October 1-7

National 4-H Week is the first full week in October, during which millions of youth, parents, volunteers, and alumni across the country celebrate everything 4-H. The theme of this year’s National 4-H Week is “I love 4-H.” 4-H is an opportunity for all as 4-H encourages kids to take part in hands-on learning experiences in areas such as health, science, agriculture and civic engagement.
Please share with the county what your club is doing to celebrate National 4-H Week! Many youth will be celebrating the new year at Fall Kick-Off on Wednesday, October 4, where they will plan out the 4-H year, participate in team-building activities, and learn some leadership skills to implement with their clubs.

Congratulations, Mara!
