Desert Venture, LLC (“Desert Venture”), a Las Vegas, Nevada-based Jack In The Box franchisee, has obtained a new senior secured term loan to refinance the existing debt on its fourteen-unit operation. Desert Venture is owned and operated by long-time QSR franchisee, Shehzad Gill. Auspex Capital acted as the financial advisor and debt placement agent to Desert Venture for this transaction.
