Additional Commencement Tickets are Available!
|
We are pleased to announce that we are able to offer graduates (1) extra Theater Ticket and (2) extra Lawn Tickets for those hoping to bring additional guests. Students can claim them on the Marching Order website by using your account with password you created. Tickets are made available on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last; additional tickets are not guaranteed to all graduates.
Round two of ticketing begins today, Wednesday, May 8, 2024, and will end at 11:55 p.m. on Wednesday, May 15, 2024. After the deadline, all unclaimed tickets become property of Stevens Institute of Technology.
Every guest must have their own unique ticket. Multiple copies of the same ticket will not be permitted as only the first guest scanned with the unique QR code will be allowed access to the venue.
For those guests who cannot attend or who prefer to watch the ceremonies from the comfort of their own home, the ceremonies will be live streamed.

Still need a cap and gown? |
Graduating students who ordered regalia but were unable to pick up the regalia at last week's Grad Fair must visit the Stevens Bookstore as soon as possible to pick up their regalia. The Bookstore is open Monday through Friday from 10am to 5pm, Saturday from 10am to 3pm, and closed on Sunday.
A reminder that regalia is required for student entry to the Commencement ceremonies at PNC Bank Arts Center. Sharing regalia between two graduates is not permitted; no graduate will be able to enter without their own regalia.

Preparing for Commencement |
Commencement is two weeks away! To make sure you are prepared for the big day:
|
|
|
- You must register on Marching Order to participate.
-
You must print your Grad Pass (on Marching Order) and bring it with you on Commencement day. Your Grad Pass will remain with you throughout the day and collected on stage. Your Grad Pass serve as your ticket to enter, and for name pronunciation during the ceremony.
-
All guests must print their guest tickets to facilitate entry. If a guest does not have a ticket, they cannot attend the ceremony. If you make multiple copies of the same ticket, only the first guest scanned with the unique QR code will be allowed access to the venue.
-
As part of your agreement to participate in the ceremony, you have agreed to stay until the end of the ceremony. You cannot leave until the ceremony is over. We ask that your guests also remain until the end of the ceremony so that all graduates are given the same experience and respect.
-
In keeping with the tradition and solemnity of the ceremony, you must wear your academic regalia to participate in the ceremony. Please consider dressing up a bit for the occasion.
|
|
|
We recommend that you and your guests periodically visit the Commencement website for the most up-to-date information about the day
We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to seeing you on Commencement day!
