As we recognize Black History Month, we invite you to visit our African Americans in Cryptology page featuring relevant articles and items of interest. In particular, we recommend revisiting the NBC videos featuring Mr. James Pryde, a Tuskegee Airman and an "Invisible Cryptologist." We also hope you will consider attending the NCM Lecture "Invisible Cryptologists" - held at the Museum on 28 February from 11 am to 2 pm.

On 12 February, over 70 Maryland state legislators (or their staff) attended an NCMF-sponsored reception to garner support for the Foundation's request for a $500K bond bill to support construction of the Cyber Center for Education and Innovation (CCEI) - Home of the National Cryptologic Museum (NCM). It is hard to believe I have been with the National Cryptologic Museum Foundation for over a year. Time passes quickly, especially while tackling many changes and planning for the challenges that lie ahead.
When I was approached about becoming the NCMF’s first Chief Executive Officer, I didn’t yet have a clear picture of what I was signing up for.
