The Exams tab of your NCARB Record will be unavailable from June 6 until 1 p.m. EDT on June 10. During this time, NCARB will migrate our systems from Prometric to PSI and conduct necessary data cleanup. All score reports, rolling clock information, exam scheduling/rescheduling/canceling, and the Practice Exam Dashboard will be unavailable during this period.
All divisions with valid, passing scores as of June 1, 2022, will receive a 14-day rolling clock extension. This will be automatically applied, so there is no action you need to take. You should see the extension reflected in your rolling clock information when your Exams tab reopens on June 10.
You will keep any unused, unexpired exam seats (or seat credits). If you purchased exam seats under Prometric but haven't used them to schedule an appointment, you will be able to use them to schedule an appointment with PSI.
NCARB is launching new score reports. The updated score reports will replace all ARE 5.0 score reports, including for divisions you previously took with Prometric. The new score reports provide more information about your performance on any failed divisions, including a scaled score for any divisions taken with PSI and percentage of items correct in each content area for all ARE 5.0 divisions taken previously.
