The deadline to submit abstracts for the Free Communications Program is Nov. 1. Abstracts selected by the Free Communications Committee are published in the supplement of the
Journal of Athletic Training and are presented at the 71st NATA Clinical Symposia & AT Expo via oral or poster presentation. Submission guidelines and instructions are on the NATA Research & Education Foundation website.

WATA Hosting Third Party Reimbursement Symposium
In support of NATA's Third Party Reimbursement Initiative, the Wisconsin Athletic Trainers' Association is proud to announce that it is hosting the 2019 Third Party Reimbursement Symposium. The symposium is Nov. 15-16 in Milwaukee and will feature NATA leaders, state leaders, third party payor representatives, lobbyists and others who are leading the way in securing successful third party reimbursement for athletic training services around the country.

Go4Ellis Partners With MATA
Go4Ellis – the app that connects athletic trainers with per diem work – has entered into a partnership with the Minnesota Athletic Trainers’ Association to help it fill the requests it receives for per diem/PRN athletic training services. The Go4Ellis app can be downloaded through the AppStore and on Google Play. Accounts are free.
