Cavalier Soirée Raises Record-Breaking $200,000+ to Support Student Scholarships |
Thanks to the incredible generosity of our Walsh University community, we are delighted to report that this year’s Cavalier Soirée Dinner and Auction raised over $200,000—our most successful event yet! Now in its fourth year, the Soirée has raised a total of $570,000 to support students with financial needs. We are grateful to everyone in Cav Nation who contributed to making this event a success! As part of our ongoing commitment to building strategic partnerships with fellow Catholic institutions of higher learning, Walsh University is pleased to announce that we have been featured in Inside Higher Ed for our groundbreaking collaboration with Xavier University of Louisiana—the nation’s only historically Black Catholic university.

Traffickers exploit silence—it’s time to speak up. Join Not For Sale: One Step At A Time and Walsh University for the 7th Annual Community Freedom Summit on Saturday, Sept. 20, beginning at 9 a.m.
In partnership with the Ohio Attorney General’s office and the Red Sand Project, this powerful event includes a symbolic red sand demonstration, community marketplace, and educational sessions that call us all to action, followed by a silent, one-mile Freedom Walk on campus grounds.
