Dear Friends,
We hope you're having a wonderful spring and that you are enjoying the weather this season brings! As always, we are so grateful to God for how he is using Young Life in New Orleans and how He has provided so many of you as partners of this mission. Recently, our staff, committee, and volunteer leaders gathered and celebrated how our ministries have grown this year! One celebration to note is that our leaders know 958 students by name, which is over 325 more than what they knew in the beginning of the school year. 958 students! While we celebrate personally knowing each of these young people, we are reminded of how many more there are and are praying that God will provide more caring adults who will come alongside us as mentors, leaders, helpers, and committee members. Uptown Young life recently had their Senior/Tacky Prom Club, and Westbank Young Life gathered for Club at the Barn! Special thanks to Mr. Piner for consistently opening his space for us to have this tradition for so many years! Both Clubs will have their final events on May 5th!
On the Westbank, Young Life is in the middle of a lunch fundraiser at Belle Chasse High School, and the Eastbank is getting ready for a Car Wash happening on Sunday, May 4! Go see them at Chick-Fil-A on I-10 and Carrolton from 1-3!

Westbank WyldLife will have their final Club on May 8th! Leaders and students recently had a hangout where their kickball game ended early because of rain, but leaders and students were able to still have a great time hanging out at Taco Bell!
CBS WyldLife will have their final Club on May 5th, and they are getting ready to start Flocking with flamingos on the Eastbank! If you'd like to participate in this fun fundraiser or learn more about what it is, click here!

Several Young Life College students recently spent a couple days at a lakehouse on Lake Catherine for a quick getaway, and they had a pool party to end the semester! Plus, several students and staff members will head to Work Week at SharpTop Cove on May11th!

YoungLives will have it's final Club of the school year on May 15th! We are also looking for mentors and childcare helpers to come alongside us in caring for these young mamas and their babies!
