Farewell 2022 and bring on the New Year!Just like that, we are wrapping up 2022! What a whirlwind of a year it has been; finally a full year without closures and four full seasons of action-packed fun! It was so great to reunite with our members, instructors, and community this past year; we hope you enjoyed yourselves as much as we did. As we are now in preparation mode to ready our facility and schedule for you in the new year, we wanted to send you one more update about what is happening this month.

Fitness Centre and Outreach Foodraiser NESA's Fitness Centre and Outreach team have partnered up again this year to raise more food donations to help keep its emergency food pantry stocked up for seniors who may be in need of an emergency food hamper. From now until January 12, we will be collecting food donations in the fitness centre or at the front desk.
Anyone who wishes to donate will receive a ballot form to be entered to win a fitness centre package which includes some portable fitness equipment, NESA swag, and fitness centre passes.

Parking Congestion at NESA: December 7-16, 2022Due to several large functions, special events, and Christmas luncheons/dinners happening in the building, we are anticipating a high volume of vehicles to be parked in the parking lot. Where possible, we encourage you to rideshare and/or consider alternate parking arrangements if you plan to visit NESA and Northgate over the next two weeks.

Holiday Closure Notice
Please note that NESA and the Northgate facility will be closed beginning Monday, December 26, 2022 through to and including Monday, January 2, 2023. The NESA Office will reopen on Tuesday, January 3, 2023 at 8:30am.
Staff will not be checking voicemails or emails during this time but will reply to all inquiries upon reopening on Tuesday, January 3, 2023.
