“A fascinating account of a German woman’s adventure into her family history to better understand her roots, her family’s involvement in WWII, and what it’s like to cope with what your ancestors may or may have not done with their lives. I love how this graphic novel is like a personal scrapbook. It’s so intimate right down to the very last page.”—Julianne, George Reynolds Branch
