Skylor's camp report:

Alezjah came to YoungLives camp for the first time with her 5-month-old daughter and 3-year-old son. She participated in the daily Club sessions that centered on Psalms 91:14-16, with the theme "Rescued". Each day we all read through the Scripture, and then had cabin talks where campers and leaders shared their testimonies of how Jesus had rescued them. The last night, Alezjah asked how to give her life to Jesus: she chose to cross over from the world's camp to Jesus' camp. And I prayed the prayer of salvation with her! Now she is excited to be a part of our Pittsburgh YoungLives group!

"Rescued" at Camp!

An unexpected turn of events cancelled the "camp plans" of two of our moms, and brought a third mom to camp in their place. But God knew all along that Alezjah needed to hear about how Jesus could rescue her!

What's Next?

After a few false starts this year, we're finally ready to resume our monthly Club meetings. We'd love to reconnect (or just connect!) with volunteers for dinner prep, crafts/games, transportation, and child care.
