July is here! We can't tell you how excited and ready we have been to launch our in-person live classes next week but given the recent surge in number of cases in Yolo County, we have decided to hold off for a couple more weeks. We want to be extra safe and we are so fortunate that we can still be together virtually. Our virtual schedule will remain the same until further notice. See below!

Our Virtual Village webpage provides access to nearly 100 workouts, including both live recorded videos and at-home written workouts that can be done anytime, anywhere plus access to our private Virtual Village Facebook group. You can also workout with us live 4 days a week and attend San Diego's live workouts every day plus many other resources!
