Maroon Mental Health Matters

Maroon Mental Health Matters is a 3-hour pilot program designed to give participants the skills to help someone experiencing a mental health challenge or crisis.
The course is tailored specifically for the University of Chicago community. It uses didactics, role-playing, and group discussion to help participants appropriately recognize and respond to mental health concerns or emotional crises. Register for an upcoming student training on Friday, March 29th by Tuesday, March 26th.

Art Therapy Open Studio is a self-directed community space for people to spend time doing creative activities they enjoy, such as writing and art-making, while also being able to socialize or take a breather.
Open studio allows individuals to express their feelings and thoughts through a creative and therapeutic process because sometimes words are not enough. Join every Thursday, from 2:00 – 4:30 PM at the Student Wellness Center Room 1058 B.

Spring Quarter Let's Talk will be held from March 18 until May 31 with NO sessions on May 24 and May 27 due to the Memorial Day holiday. Let’s Talk’s sessions are drop-in and first-come, first-served format. The sessions of Let's Talk will be held in person.
