EO Exchange- Accessing New Hires For A Culture Fit March 4, 2022 9:00am-10:00am VIRTUAL- Zoom
Join Justin Cook with EOS for this Exchange event on Assessing New Hires for a Culture Fit.
With today’s labor market, it is more important than ever that you make the right hires. There are a million ways to gauge a candidate's expertise and experience, but how do you make sure they fit your culture?
In this workshop Justin will discuss what culture fit is AND isn’t, and make sure you’re equipped to properly assess new hires during the interview process and in the critical first 90 days.

EO ConnectivityMarch 9, 2022 4:00pm-7:00pm Musicians Hall of Fame
Hope you'll join us for EO Connectivity - the new and improved version of EO Harmony. Instead of "speed dating", we will divide into small groups to quickly introduce yourself and your business and share on a particular topic... then move on to the next small group.
In the tradition of EO Harmony, EO Connectivity is still the one & only event where we throw out all of EO’s non-solicitation rules just for the day! You may pass out business cards, give aways or whatever you’d like to share. After the Connectivity exercise, we will enjoy a cocktail reception at Musicians Hall of Fame.
Complimentary valet parking provided!

MyEO Experience
at Northern Lights
with Liza Graves
| |
After being a part of EO since 2016, going to Alaska to chase the Northern Lights in January 2022 was my first ever MyEO outing/meetup/anything. Luckily, my husband, also an EO member, was alerted to the trip and he knew this was a bucket list thing for me. We signed up immediately and joined 38 other EOers from across the world in Fairbanks, Alaska a couple weeks ago.
Our group included five Nashville EO couples. And, Fairbanks is 4,000 miles away in case you were wondering. We braved the negative 20 degree temperatures and had a blast! We enjoyed dog sledding, snow machining, and watching our mimosas freeze before we could drink them (seriously). But, the most amazing thing happened: we got to witness the Northern Lights TWO NIGHTS IN A ROW! The EO luck was running as we were all spellbound.
Being with other EOers was fun, as we all had a commonality that bonded us. I learned through this that I need to pay more attention to opportunities offered through MyEO as if it were not for this trip, I'd still be wondering when I might be able to see the mystical green light that so many talk about.
Special thanks to Lauren Reed for spotting this trip and sounding the bell! Susan and Don Griffin, David and Kelly Frazier, Leslie and Jason Embry, Richard Masciarelli and Kim FILL IN, and Jay and I thank you!

A.Ray Hospitality is Nashville’s “un-restaurant” company. We build brands that are resilient, approachable and timeless while creating experiences for our neighbors that blur the line between restaurant and bar.
Each of our concepts represents a comfortable “third place” where our neighbors can unwind and socialize outside of the home or office. Our guests don’t need a special occasion or big plans to visit our restaurants. Our casual atmosphere, simple and delicious food, fresh drinks, and neighborly service make every day the perfect day to dine with us. We own Nashville’s greatest places to get out without getting fancy.
Brand Focus
We only create focused and memorable brands. The experiences we deliver connect with our guests on an emotional level. We achieve this by creating concepts that are familiar, timeless, comfortable, and visually stimulating with a culture that transcends generations. Our brands are simultaneously classic and innovative.
Culture & Values
Empathy + Action = Hospitality, and our passion is hospitality. We constantly strive to see our businesses through the eyes of our guests and our team members, but with each decision we make, we focus on finding the balance between the guest, the team, and the business.
Our leadership believes in nurturing teams that are empowered to create their own destiny, measure their results, cultivate “A” players, and fully understand the implications of their actions. We are respectful yet direct, team oriented, results driven, and transparent. Together we celebrate our wins, examine our losses, and communicate openly on all levels.
Our FAMILY VALUES are at the core of everything we do:
We Treat Everyone Like a Good Neighbor
We Practice Respectful Directness
We Believe in Balance
We Find A Way
We Are Agile
Details Matter
We’re Genuine, We Don’t Hold Back, We Have Fun
