UO EVENTS
  • It's almost time to register for classes. Join the Thursday Night Live event to ask academic and career advisors any questions you may have tonight, Nov. 19, 6:00–7:00 p.m. on Instagram.
  • Julia Logue will perform for the Hybrid Fall Concert Series tomorrow, Nov. 20, 7:00–8:00 p.m. Stream the event live on Instagram @uoconcerts.
  • Join the Connect the Ducks: Trivia Night to play virtual Kahoot with peers and win prizes Wednesday, Nov. 25, 6:00–7:00 p.m.
NOTEWORTHY
  • The new Term Break Parking Permit gives students living off campus access to several campus lots at a cost of $25 per week for winter break.
  • It's International Education Week. Check out all the virtual and travel-based global education options for credit. The deadline to apply for a study abroad scholarship is Dec. 15.
  • Graduate Student Advising and Consultation office hours will be offered Mondays and Fridays, 9:00–11:00 a.m. on Zoom. Appointments may be made in advanced.
  • Drop your gear off at the Outdoor Program Rental Barn for Free Ski/Board Waxing during open hours, and pick it up the next day.

  • Discuss the state of the arts in our economy and how to apply entrepreneurial thinking to your artform at the Entrepreneurship and Arts presentation tomorrow, Nov. 20, noon–1:00 p.m.
  • The So You Voted...Now What? workshop will go over how you can continue your civic engagement year round and take action tomorrow, Nov. 20, 3:00–4:00 p.m.
  • Learn how to best apply for research jobs and opportunities at ASURE's Resumes and Cover Letters Webinar tomorrow, Nov. 20, 3:30–4:30 p.m. 
  • Join the Holidays on a Budget workshop to learn how to participate in thoughtful but thrifty gifting this holiday season Monday, Nov. 23, at 4:00 p.m. Register to get a free craft kit.
