Resonance, presented by the Engine for Art, Democracy & Justice, is an exhibition, public program series, and season of sonic sessions taking place during the Venice Biennale 2026.

 

Founded by Dr. María Magdalena Campos-Pons, Cornelius Vanderbilt Endowed Chair and Professor of Art, EADJ explores creative approaches to living together in the Global South(s) through a platform for academic, creative and social exploration at the intersection of art, democracy and justice. It is a transinstitutional initiative among Fisk University, Frist Art Museum, Millions of Conversations and Vanderbilt University.

EADJ's Spring and Fall 2026 programs at Begonia Labs is generously supported by The Ford Foundation and The Andrew W. Mellon Foundation.

Grace Aneiza Ali is EADJ's appointed curator for 2024-2027.
