Box, the university’s most flexible cloud storage platform, allows users to store restricted, regulated, and public data. Of all the approved artificial intelligence platforms, Box AI is the only one approved for use with all three data types. When you view a document in Box, you should see a Box AI button at the top of the screen. Clicking on it will open a chatbot panel.

Aside from the default prompts, here are a few potential use cases that we’ve thought of:
- Provide recommendations for improvements based on student evaluations
- Suggest improvements to any document
- Identify trends, key insights, and patterns in complex and/or multiple documents
