On January 8, I was joined by my family as I once again took the Oath of Office for my third term as your Clerk of Courts
To the voters of Orange County, I am deeply honored to stand before you once again as your Clerk of Court, I am humbled by the trust you have placed in me to serve you. I take on this role with the same passion and dedication as I did the day I first took office in 2014, and I will continue to work tirelessly to ensure that the Clerk’s Office remains a pillar of justice in our community.
The ceremony was a joint oath of office with five other constitutional officers, Orange County Supervisor of Elections Karen Castor Dentel, 9th Judicial Circuit State Attorney Monique Worrell, 9th Judicial Circuit Public Defender-elect Melissa Vickers, Orange County Property Appraiser Amy Mercado, and Orange County Comptroller Phil Diamond.

It is my pleasure to cordially invite you to one of my office’s most popular events, our Valentine’s Day group wedding ceremony!
We invite you and your family to join us and other couples to say their vows on the beautiful courtyard steps of the iconic Orange County Courthouse on Friday, February 14.
Participation in the group event will cost $70. The cost includes a commemorative certificate, wedding photos, a delicious treat, and a special gift!
Please note that you will still need to pay the required fee for the marriage license in addition to this package fee.
To participate, you must first obtain your marriage license prior to the event. It's an easy process that you can start directly on the Marriage page on my website.

Getting your Marriage License is easy! |
Any time of year, getting your marriage license is quick and easy. My office has an e-marriage application you can fill out right from my website. Once you complete the online application, you will receive a confirmation notice on how to complete the application process at one of our locations, you can even schedule an appointment!

I'm very excited that we will soon be opening our new Winter Park Courthouse as our current Winter Park branch will be moving soon.
We can all look forward to a new and much larger location with expanded services to better serve our community.

The Ocoee and Winter Park branches will continue to open on one Saturday each month to make it easier for you to do business with my office. Services such as marriage licenses and ceremonies, passports, and payments are available. These are the same services offered during the week at our branch locations.
Both appointments and walk-ins are welcome.

To get help from my office, you don’t have to call and wait on the phone. Many of our services are available online using my website's resources. You can search records, submit an eMarriage License Application, schedule a marriage ceremony, and passport appointments, make payments, and much more. Remember, you can also make payments at Amscot.

We usually experience very high call wait times, so before calling or visiting our offices, contact my staff online to see if your questions can be answered. Simply go to our Contact Us page to submit a question or request.
