Students’ minds are constantly being taught and challenged, but it can be hard to maintain genuine intellectual curiosity in the midst of so much grueling coursework. Whether you feel bogged down by assignments or are just interested in finding new ways to stimulate your brain, here are some tips for feeding your curiosity and enhancing your intellectual wellbeing:

Once a quarter, therapy dogs come to campus, offering students an opportunity to socialize, lower anxiety, reduce loneliness, and have a healthy outlet for positive touch. We hope to see you there!

Join Student Wellness for an accessible and approachable Restorative Yoga class that will ease tension and melt your worries away. Classes are free and open to all levels of experience and props and mats are provided. Please come in comfortable clothes and dress in layers.
Class is held on Mondays from 3-4pm in the Student Wellness Multipurpose Room. (840 E. 59th Street)

| Maroon Mental Health Matters
|
Maroon Mental Health Matters is a 3-hour program designed to give participants the skills to help someone experiencing a mental health challenge or crisis. The course is tailored specifically for the University of Chicago community. It uses didactics, role-playing, and group discussion to help participants appropriately recognize and respond to mental health concerns or emotional crises.
