The Iowa Finance Authority’s 2025 lender standings as of the end of September are listed below. We’ll be celebrating the top third-party originator, lending institutions reaching Diamond (150 homebuyers), Platinum (100 homebuyers), and Gold (50 homebuyers) levels, as well as the top individual loan originators, at the 2025 Top Lender Luncheon on February 19 in Des Moines — please save the date!
