There will be a Wildland Fire Evacuation Exercise in Ken-Caryl Valley and the North Ranch on Saturday, May 21 to simulate a real-life emergency and test evacuation procedures. The exercise will begin at 8 a.m., and the voluntary evacuation will start at 9 a.m. There will be a community meeting on Wednesday, May 4 at 7 p.m. at Chatfield Senior High to discuss the evacuation exercise and allow residents to ask questions. Some area schools have graduation May 21, but please know that no roads will be closed and residents will have complete access to the area. The only difference is an increase in law enforcement and fire apparatus traffic in the area, which should end by 2 p.m.

The Ken-Caryl Ranch Master Association offers a convenient auto-pay option for HOA dues. Residents can sign up for Automated Clearing House (ACH) and have their dues automatically debited from their checking or savings account the 5th day of each month. If you wish to use this service, please download the ACH Form and either mail or hand deliver it with a voided check to the Ranch House. You can also email it with a scanned voided check to annettec@kcranch.org. Completed ACH forms received by the 20th of the month will allow for withdrawal on the 5th day of the next month.
