The procession with Aztec dancers and drummers delighted the crowd, and the ofrendas with their moving memorials were on display for Dia de los Muertos celebrations on Friday, Nov. 1. Vendors and art workshops were some new additions this year. Check out the photos of this year’s event.

Though no classes are in session Monday, Nov. 11, classes do meet on Nov. 9 and 10!

Final exams begin Dec. 11, but check your exam schedule in the CSUN Portal now. If you find a time conflict between two classes, tell both professors immediately.

“Rhapsody in Blue” is new again, 100 years later. The Soraya recreates the rarely performed original 1924 version of the rousing and raucous classic, originally composed by Gershwin for a jazz band, not the orchestral version more commonly performed.

Successful Matadors in the environmental and occupation health field will return to to campus on Nov. 20 to share their insights and give guidance. Use this opportunity to ask industry questions, make connections with professionals and learn about the career journey.

“Colaboratoria” is the dance concert performance by CSUN Kinesiology Dance graduate students, alumni and faculty. Student dancers work closely with faculty and invited professionals to create inspiring performances that integrate the art and science of human movement. Performances take place Nov. 20 and 21, at the Plaza Del Sol Performance Hall.
