Teamwork
Being a team player is an essential part of being ready to enter the workforce. Teamwork involves building and maintaining relationships, working toward a common goal, and appreciating different viewpoints and shared responsibilities.
How do you learn to be a good team player? We suggest you build strong relationships with your classmates or members of a student organization, listen carefully to others, and be accountable for individual and team responsibilities. And you’ll want to check out leadership programming happening via MCSLE!
