For more than 40 years, Notre Dame has spearheaded NICU (neonatal intensive care unit) research to ensure the gold standard of care for infants around the world. Read about and watch a video on how Adjunct Professor Bob White has worked to help improve NICU designs and standards.

The Knute Rockne family wanted to bring Coach Rockne and his loved ones back to Notre Dame. The Rockne Project team and Cedar Grove staff made it happen.

Introducing a new summer study abroad program for engineering and science students

The Nepal Summer Study Abroad program is a five-week course that will take students to Kathmandu, Nepal, from May 19 to June 19. Led by College of Engineering Professor Peter Burns, the program will focus on sustainability and energy systems.

Exciting opportunity for children of faculty and staff to participate in summer study abroad programs

Undergraduates enrolled at other US universities are eligible to apply for Notre Dame summer study abroad programs that are operated at ND Global locations. Children of Notre Dame faculty and staff can use their summer education benefit for up to three credits of Notre Dame undergraduate tuition.

Athletics 

Irish capture ACC Women’s Cross Country Championship 

No. 5ranked Notre Dame captured the 2024 ACC Women’s Cross Country Championship at the WakeMed Cross Country Course in Cary, North Carolina, on November 1. This is the team’s first ACC women’s title in program history.
