Online Introduction to the Command-Line Interface Workshop
This workshop will be held via Zoom on June 9th, 13th and 16th from 1:30AM to 4PM each day. More details, including eligibility criteria and the workshop description, are available on the registration page.
Please note: This workshop does not require any prior programming knowledge, but is a prerequisite for the upcoming ChIP-seq workshop and the bulk RNA-seq advanced workshop.
The format of the workshops is as follows: instruction will be mostly learner-centric requiring workshop participants to spend between 2-3 hours on reading and exercises from selected lessons before the workshop sessions. Online classes will be focused on exercises and discussion. Please make sure you take this into account when you sign up for the workshop!
