Welcome to the team: DeSheara Peck
DeSheara Peck (she/her), Intake & Care Coordinator
DeSheara is the new Intake & Care Coordinator here at RECLAIM. She attended Everest Institute & Saint Paul College where she received her diploma and certification in Healthcare Administration. For the past eight years she has provided administrative support in mental health services throughout the Metro Area, including referral coordination and clinical office management. Since joining the RECLAIM team, she really enjoys working with the amazing staff daily and helping create a great patient experience for those seeking our services!
When she is not at work, DeSheara loves spending time with loved ones. She enjoys anything Halloween, reading, Netflix and all its glory, as well as finding new gems in the city to try like restaurants, museums, or parks (huge fan of nature).

Immediate Openings for GroupsWe have immediate openings for all therapy services, including individual, family, and group therapy. RECLAIM facilitates two youth therapy groups:
Adolescent Gender Exploration GroupOur Gender groups are psychotherapeutic groups to support identity development, community connection and improved well being. Group focuses on the influence socialization has on identity, an exploration of each person's core self and generating healthy relationships. In-person and virtual group offerings for middle and high school youth ages 12-18.
BIPOC GroupRECLAIM’s BIPOC group is a support group for individuals who identify as LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, and/or People of Color). The purpose of this group is to build community; process and explore intersecting identities and experiences, culture, and heritage; and commit to personal and collective healing. Group members will have an opportunity to seek, learn, share, and affirm connections to themselves and our communities while recognizing the distinct history of BIPOC people and unlearning dominant narratives. The BIPOC group is for ages 18-25.

Give to the Max Day successThis year we had an ambitious goal to raise $35,000. Our donors stepped up to the challenge and helped us soar past our goal, raising over $42,000 on Give to the Max Day last month from 130 donors! We are grateful for the matching gifts provided by The Clara Foundation and the Phluid Foundation (with support from the Saks Fifth Avenue Foundation) which motivated so many supporters to pitch in. Thank you for all you do to make accessible, specialized mental health care a reality for queer and trans youth!
