DASA Tops Total Gifts Leaderboard on Day of Giving
 
NC State’s 2025 Day of Giving was once again a reminder of the tremendous support the Wolfpack community has offered DASA, with the division receiving 2,410 total gifts.

Student Art Sale Heads Outdoors
 
This year’s Student Art Sale, scheduled for Saturday, April 19 from 1-4 p.m., introduces an exciting change of venue, taking place outdoors under a large tent on the lawn of the Gregg Museum of Art & Design.

SAY Village Celebrates 20 Years
 
The Students Advocating for Youth (SAY) Village is celebrating 20 years. Students living in the SAY Village develop one-on-one mentoring relationships with local elementary school students and learn what it means to be a youth advocate.

  • Student Media raised over $5,100 through generous donations on Day of Giving.
  • April is Sexual Assault Awareness Month (SAAM). Join the NC State Women’s Center and campus partners for a variety of engaging opportunities, workshops and events featuring campus leaders to honor the strength, courage and resiliency of NC State survivors and work together to create a stronger and safer campus community.
  • Throughout the month of April, Prevention Services and several campus partners are hosting various events designed to educate the Wolfpack community about safety around the use of alcohol and other drugs.
  • Tickets for University Theatre’s TheatreFEST shows, Dial M For Murder and Blithe Spirit will go on sale April 3 at 10 a.m.
  • University Theatre’s production of You on the Moors Now will run April 3-13 in Titmus Theatre, with 7:30 p.m. evening showings and 2 p.m. Sunday matinees.
  • The TRIO Ronald E. McNair Post-baccalaureate Achievement Program is accepting applications until Sunday, April 20 at 11:59 p.m.
  • LeNelle Patrick, a master academic advisor and lecturer in the University Advising and Exploratory Studies program, recently received a Region 3 Excellence in Advising – Primary Role Advisor Certificate of Merit from NACADA, The Global Community for Academic Advising.
 
 
DASA Hours

The next DASA Hours Session with DASA Vice Chancellor and Dean Doneka R. Scott is scheduled for Tuesday, April 8 from 8:30-9:30 a.m. Whether you have questions, want to discuss what’s working well, or provide feedback on areas for improvement, this is your chance to be heard. There are no presentations or decisions made during this time — just meaningful conversations. This is the final DASA Hours of the 2024-25 school year.
