UO DINING JOBS
  • University Housing is hiring students for dining venues. Dining jobs are conveniently located on campus and provide flexible schedules and meal discounts. Log into your Handshake account and search UO Dining to apply. No previous work experience required.
  • Are you a student who has just started a UO Dining job or know of someone looking to apply? University Housing is now offering hiring incentives.
COVID-19 UPDATE
  • Keep track of vaccination rates and COVID-19 cases on campus through the COVID-19 Safety Dashboard. The dashboard is updated every Monday.
  • The UO will continue to enforce safety regulations to prevent the spread of COVID-19 on campus. This means masks are required in all buildings.
  • All students and employees subject to the vaccination requirement who are not fully vaccinated are required to undergo weekly COVID-19 testing through the Monitoring and Assessment Program (MAP).

TALKS AND WORKSHOPS
  • Attend the exclusive virtual conversation with Michelle Obama on higher education and themes in her memoir, Becoming, Nov. 9 at 10:00 a.m. Register by Nov. 5 at 11:59 p.m.
  • Discuss student debt and learn how to work toward loan forgiveness at the virtual Student Loan Repayment workshop Wednesday, Oct. 27, 3:00–4:00 p.m.
  • Learn how to identify your feelings and when to ask for help during the Wellness Workshop Thursday, Oct. 28, 2:00–2:50 p.m. at the EMU Duck Nest.

  • Discover academic, career, social and wellness resources available to students this term through the UO’s One Stop Student Resources website.
  • Become a Student Envoy for visiting athletes competing at Hayward in the World Athletics Championships in July 2022. Applications close Oct. 31, 2021.
UO EVENTS
  • Join the Outdoor Program’s Halloween-themed hike up Spencer Butte tomorrow, Oct. 22, at 5:00 p.m. Registration is required. Admission fee is $5.
  • Get candy, meet other students and learn about clubs on campus during the trick-or-treat event Friday, Oct. 29, 11:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m. in the EMU.
  • Join the prep rally, football game, Run With the Duck 5k and other fun homecoming weekend activities kicking off Friday, Oct. 29.
