Please be advised of the upcoming key deadlines for FY 2025-26 closing:
|
- June 22-30: UCPath Funding Entry Freeze
- June 26 by 12pm: Deadline to submit a new fabrication request for any project for which you want expenses reported in FY26
- June 26 by 3pm: Deadline to approve invoices in Gateway for posting in June

June 30 by 11am: Deadline to submit cash deposits to the Cashier’s Office
- June 30 by 3pm: Deadline for departments to close Gateway purchase orders in order to have encumbrances cleared in June
- June 30 by 3pm: Deadline to submit and approve all non-payroll transfers in the TOE system

June 30 by 3pm: Deadline to electronically submit all recharge and credit card journals without errors to gldata@bfs.ucsb.edu
- July 6: Last day to allocate and approve FlexCard transactions in Gateway for FY26 posting
- July 7 at 5pm: Deadline to submit current year temporary transfers
