Loves About Brebeuf
The thing I love most about Brebeuf is the schedule. I think it really helps with time management and is especially great for students who need to meet with teachers. Our schedule makes us very unique, and I love showing and explaining it to others.
Future Plans
I plan on attending Seton Hall University in South Orange, New Jersey to play collegiate volleyball!
Favorite Class
My favorite class so far this year has been Mindfulness. It is a great way to escape all the stresses in life. Madame Martin does a great job of connecting the course to our everyday lives, and it is a very open environment.
Teams & Co-Curriculars
I have been a four-year varsity starter on the volleyball team and a three-time captain, along with playing travel club volleyball from November to June.
Random Facts
My go to random fact is that I was born in England, and I have dual citizenship. It’s really funny when I tell people this and they don’t believe me because I don’t have an accent, but it really is true!
What is your current favorite show or series on tv, Netflix, etc?
I’m currently watching American Horror Story but my favorite Netflix series is by far Stranger Things.
What is the silliest/most irrational fear you have?
I have an irrational fear of being stung by jellyfish. After learning about box jellyfish on the marine biology trip to Hawaii, I have been super scared that I am going to be stung.
If you could only eat one food for the rest of your life what would it be?
I would eat Mexican food for the rest of my life and go to La Piedad for every meal.
Other than being done with finals, what are you most looking forward to about the end of the semester and winter break?
Over winter break I really look forward to getting into the Christmas spirit and decorating my house in lights while drinking hot chocolate.
