MINDFULNESS MEDITATION SERIES!
Join Healthier U in the East Hall (formerly the Chapel in the Wang Center) for our Fall Mindfulness Meditation Series for faculty and staff. Cultivate and enhance your natural capacity to focus and approach experiences with deeper insight, calmness, and resilience.
Our Mindfulness Meditation Series will take place on these days...
  • East Hall will be open between 11 am and 1 pm
  • Guided Meditation 11:15 am to 11:45 am  
  • Open contemplation/relaxation 11:45 am to 1 pm
The room will remain open until 1pm for contemplation and relaxation directly after the guided meditation. To register, visit this sign-up form.
