Everything we do in CASL supports the success of our students. We provide experiences in the classroom, out in the field and around the world. You support these efforts by funding scholarships, collaborative research, study abroad opportunities and hands-on learning.
The Center was awarded a prestigious $100,000 challenge grant from the National Endowment for the Humanities (NEH) to support student research on and community engagement with Arab Americans. To receive full federal support, a 100 percent match was needed from external gifts. In four months, that $100k was raised. [more]
The Victors for UM-Dearborn campaign has accomplished so much already—$33M has been raised with more than $20M dedicated to student support alone, including 100 new scholarships.
But we can’t stop now. There is much more to be done to address still-pressing needs on campus and to fulfill our campaign goals of Student Support, Educational Initiatives, Learning Environments and Faculty Support.
There has never been a more exciting or momentous time to make a difference on our campus and ensure that UM-Dearborn students continue to receive an outstanding, transformational education.
