| Community Garage Sale May 29-30; Goodwill Trucks at Ranch House May 30 from 1-5 p.m.The fourth annual Ken-Caryl Community-Wide Garage Sale will be Friday and Saturday, May 29-30 in your own driveway or garage. The advertised time for the sale is 8 a.m.-2 p.m. but feel free to hold your sale earlier or later. Residents do not need to sign up for the garage sale. Discounted garage sale signs are available for $3 (normally $5) at the Ranch House now through May 29. Goodwill donation trucks will be at the Ranch House on Saturday, May 30 from 1-5 p.m. so you can drop off unsold items. Limited Hours for Pools this WeekThere are limited hours for the pools this week. The Bradford Pool will be open regular hours, 10 a.m.-6 p.m., every day, but the Ranch House and Community Center Pools won't open until 3 p.m. Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. The Ranch House Pool will be closed until approximately 2 p.m. on Saturday, May 30 for a swim meet. Please see our Pool Locations & Hours page for a full schedule. Please also check the Pool Closures page for weather or swim meet closures.

| Holiday Trash Service DelayThis is a reminder from the Ken-Caryl Ranch trash service provider, Waste Connections, that Memorial Day is an observed holiday. All trash and recycling service the week of Memorial Day will be delayed one day. Waste Connections offers an auto-dial service to notify customers of any delays or changes in trash pickup days. If you are interested in being notified through this service, you can sign up online at www.wcdenver.com/contact/. Complete the required information, click on Residential Trash Service, then in the comment section at the bottom of the page explain that you are a Ken-Caryl resident seeking to sign up for the Call Fire service.

| Traffic Flow in Ranch House Parking LotTo facilitate traffic flow and alleviate safety concerns, directional arrows and signs were added to the Ranch House parking lot in July last year. When you come down the driveway, you shouldn’t turn left or right at the first entrance (which is now exit only) into the parking lot. You need to come down the center lane and turn left or right when the driveway ends just before the Ranch House. Please remember to follow this traffic flow and observe the signs in the parking lot. It was done for everyone’s safety.
